Greetings, my name is Ronnie Washington and I’m the owner/ former pro football player / Hall of Famer who’s committed to “QUALITY & EXCELLENCE”.While attending the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM), I started taking business classes to learn about entrepreneurship.Over the years I saved money and in 2000 began trying out various recipes for Ron’s cajun boudin.Cajun Boudin is a Rice Sausage that’s blended with our special spices and packed in a natural casing. It is baked in the oven or steamed.Some people put it on the grill.In 2006 I sold my first links and 4 yrs later we opened our location @ 1502 south 2nd st momroe La.Today, Ron’s Cajun Boudin generates sufficient income to cover our operating expenses and is returning a profit.We have expanded the product line to eight different boudin flavors (Chicken, Cajun, Crawfish, Beef, Shrimp, Turkey, Sweet Italian, and Jalapeño Cajun), seafood gumbo, as well as stuffed Cornish hens and stuffed pork chops.We sell the products locally and ships all over the United States.
